Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to collaborate with functional leads and document business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with MDCPS functional leads to document future-state business processes using industry-standard notations

Analyze workflows for improvement and manage project items related to business processes and methods documentation

Conduct workshops and interviews to identify gaps in business process documentation and support process improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field

5-7 years of experience as a Business Process Modeler or in a similar role

Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart)

Strong understanding of BPMN and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, CMMI) preferred

Experience in state government and child welfare domains is preferred
