Day in the Life
Picture starting your morning on a bright, well-run production floor in the Mukwonago area. A line operator flags you down about a pneumatic hiccup; you diagnose the issue quickly, swap components, and the line is back to full speed. Next, you review a preventive maintenance checklist, inspect hydraulic systems, and log your findings. After lunch, you reference a schematic to support a small upgrade project and finish the day ensuring all documentation and safety standards are buttoned up.
What You'll Do
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility systems.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems to reduce downtime.
- Read and apply information from schematics, blueprints, and OEM manuals.
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and uphold all safety requirements.
What You Bring
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (preferred).Proven troubleshooting ability across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Comfort interpreting technical documents, diagrams, and wiring prints.Background with injection molding or plastics manufacturing equipment is a plus, not a must.A strong safety mindset, reliability, and a collaborative approach.Rewards & Schedule
