We are partnering with a Real Estate Investment & Development Firm in LA that is actively seeking to add an Associate to their dynamic team.
Specializing in Industrial & Self Storage, this firm has achieved significant success with three funds and an AUM exceeding $1.2 billion.
Renowned for their strong capitalization and fast-paced work environment, this team offers an exceptional opportunity for those eager to join a leading Real Estate Investment group.
To be considered for this role, you need the following :
Qualifications :
- 3 year of Investment Banking experience in the Real Estate Sector or 2+ years of Real Estate Investment Experience
- Experience building financial models, valuations, pitchbooks, CIMs etc.
- Strong accounting skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
