Position Summary : The Legal Intake Sales Representative will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for managing inquiries, qualifying leads, and converting them into clients.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a compassionate approach to client interaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct initial consultations to understand potential clients' needs and determine if they align with the firm's services.
- Gather and record detailed information about prospective clients.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and prioritize follow-up actions.
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of the firm's services to prospective clients.
- Convert qualified leads into clients by securing initial consultations with attorneys.
- Provide empathetic and professional support to potential clients during the intake process.
- Answer questions and address concerns to build trust and rapport with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and lead status in the firm's CRM system.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and information are collected and recorded properly.
- Work closely with attorneys and paralegals to ensure a smooth transition from intake to case management.
- Coordinate appointments and follow-up communications between potential clients and legal staff.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, conversion rates, and client acquisition.
