JOB SUMMARY
Southpoint Automotive is looking for a driven, motivated, and outgoing individual who has a great winning attitude. Become part of our family!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models
- Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchases
- Create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers
- Test drive vehicles to demonstrate automotive features
- Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals
- Complete quotes, return email / voicemail, other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork
- Follow-up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
- Report to work promptly and neatly groomed
QUALIFICATIONS
- No experience necessary
- Enthusiastic and approachable
- Driven and self-motivated
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Proficient with computers, emails, phones and the internet
- Ready to waste no time on learning new product in's and out's, eager to improve
- Applicants must be highly motivated and possess the ability to establish customers for life
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends (40 Hr. weeks)
- Must be at least 21 years old
