This location is looking for a Registered Dietitian (RD)- in either a Part Time or 1099 Contract position.
1-2 days weekly in Springfield, skilled nursing facilities with potential for additional skilled facilities in Decatur, Clinton, Moweaqua
Must have NDTR / RD credential awarded from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
DiningRD is actively seeking a Registered Dietitian in a consulting role for skilled nursing facilities and / or behavioral health.

KEY RESPONSIBLITITES MAY INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO :
- Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
- Documentation for residents at a high risk for nutritional problems.
- Participation in the care planning process.
- Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Provide oversight to the food service department with routine audit for safety, sanitation, and quality of food.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Commission on dietetic registration (CDR) credentials.
- Licensed (if required by State)
- 2 years of consulting / long term care is preferred, but we will consider many factors.
