• Licensed PracticalNurse LPN provide daily support to the unit leadership &respond appropriately / timely to resident / family needs within theLPN scope of practice
• Licensed Practical NurseLPN will use nursing process judgment & ss to set prioritiesnecessary to deliver quality direct resident care & makedecisions promoting the safety / quality direct care toresidents
• Licensed Practical Nurse LPNperform / administer standard nursing treatments and / or medications& observes resident for desired or unwantedeffects
• Licensed Practical Nurse LPNcommunicate & collaborate with appropriate member(s) within thecare team to revise / update the Nursing Care Plan or any pertinentfindings including lab / test results incidents & / orconcerns
• Monitor & doent vitals treatmentsadministered & residents responses
• Prepareorganize oversee monitor & evaluate delivery of care ofresident CNA ignments & activities considering the category ofneeds & competency of personnel

Requirements :

• Graduate of an approved school ofNursing
• Current license in good standing in NewYork as an Licensed Practical NurseLPN
• Dedicated to providing extraordinaryclinically sound & compionate care
• Mustpossess a spirit of cooperation caring & enthusiasm to createan atmosphere conducive to rehabilitation & optimal residenthealth
• Genuinely interested in helping illinjured disabled elderly & sometimes challengingresidents
• Have excellent communication customerservice & organization ss
• Work well underpressure & willing to work harmoniously with allstaff
