Position : Maintenance Technician
Pay : Depending on experience + Great Benefits
Location : Fort Wayne, Indiana
Status : Full-time permanent position
Responsibilities :
Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery and systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
Repair or replace defective equipment parts.
Collaborate with other team members on projects.
Requirements :
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in maintenance within an industrial environment.
Strong mechanical and electrical experience
Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and repair techniques.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with PLC systems, with basic troubleshooting skills required and programming experience recommended.
Essential knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics, including the ability to troubleshoot and repair basic issues.
Strong electrical expertise, including proficiency in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing components.
Mechanical aptitude, capable of replacing and rebuilding gearboxes, shafts, rollers, blowers, piping, belts, machine guarding, pumps, hoses, and other industrial equipment.
Skilled in conducting routine safety system inspections, lubricating equipment, and providing necessary data for equipment analysis and maintenance checklists
