This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May / June 2025. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship start dates below : Monday, May 12Monday, May 19Tuesday May 27 (Memorial Day May 26)Monday, June 9Monday, June 23We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates.

Responsibilities : - Assist in TikTok Shop major platform campaign implementation. Projects include Black Friday Cyber Monday, Summer Sale, Valentine's Day, etc.
Participate in the formulation of campaign business strategy planning, continuously gain insight into data analysis and desk research, and support effective business decisions- Support campaign mechanism design and execution, including promotion planning, content operation, and marketing communication and resource management- Support campaign internal and external communication, drive campaign awareness and engagement
Minimum Qualifications : - Bachelor's Degree or above- Good communication and problem-solving skills- Sensitive to data, proficient in analytical tools- Team player, strong internal and external communication, project management skills, strong self-motivation, and a sense of responsibility Preferred skills : - Business / Marketing background is preferred- Experience in e-commerce company-related activities and marketing is preferred- Master data analysis software skills
