Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation - (PT - Rehab)

StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 8 D Pay Rate : $1634.66 - $1883.41

PT needed ASAP8 hrs, 8 : 00AM- 4 : 30PMWeekends rotation at least 2 weekend days in 4 week block schedule. Holiday shift too.

EMR - MeditechMust have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.· Acute care experience· Inpatient Rehab acute care / SNFBLSPreferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

ICU· Wound careList typical procedures performed on unit(s) : · Evaluation and treatments Best personality Fit : · Positive / Collaborative / Proactive with communicationFloating Area(s) : · Rehab and acuteScrub Color / Attire - Hunter greenDress Code- Nail policy no fake nails, no dips / no gels, must be cut.
