About The Role :
The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for qualifying leads, and building sales opportunities for the team. We are looking for a self-motivated teammate with high social intelligence and a natural inclination for selling and understanding sales opportunities.
We are looking for someone with a nose for great leads!
The Sales Development Manager will act as the initial point of contact while making a business impact through lead generation.
What You’ll Do
- Source new sales opportunities through qualification and screening of inbound leads
- Qualify prospects through consultative selling while leveraging BANT criteria
- Contact leads on phone calls, emails, text messaging and Social Media
- Research leads to score them and identify strong sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate client relationship data within CRM
What You Need
- A Bachelor’s degree from a four year university
- 2+ years of customer-facing and direct sales experience
- Excitement every day to drive revenue
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent listening skills and energetic phone presence
- Dedicated to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basis
- Curiosity and an interest in building a great company and sales machine
- Entrepreneurship : a self-starter who has a high sense of urgency and can work within undefined processes
- CRM experience
