This position will report to the "Director of Growth and Client Relations"

About The Role :

The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for qualifying leads, and building sales opportunities for the team. We are looking for a self-motivated teammate with high social intelligence and a natural inclination for selling and understanding sales opportunities.

We are looking for someone with a nose for great leads!

The Sales Development Manager will act as the initial point of contact while making a business impact through lead generation.

What You’ll Do

  • Source new sales opportunities through qualification and screening of inbound leads
  • Qualify prospects through consultative selling while leveraging BANT criteria
  • Contact leads on phone calls, emails, text messaging and Social Media
  • Research leads to score them and identify strong sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate client relationship data within CRM

What You Need

  • A Bachelor’s degree from a four year university
  • 2+ years of customer-facing and direct sales experience
  • Excitement every day to drive revenue
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills and energetic phone presence
  • Dedicated to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basis
  • Curiosity and an interest in building a great company and sales machine
  • Entrepreneurship : a self-starter who has a high sense of urgency and can work within undefined processes
  • CRM experience
