RESPONSIBILITIES Research and find the best product from our 40+ A-rated carriers to protect new and existing clients. Contact potential clients to set up a consultation (phone or Zoom).

Stay in contact with the carriers and clients until the client is protected. QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in sales, customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

The following steps are what will be required for you to become a licensed insurance agent Take a pre-licensing course. Approximately $50.

We will provide the mentorship and training needed to become a successful member of our team. COMPENSATION Part-time agents make approximately $30,000-$60,000+ in the first year.

• Full-time agents make approximately $80,000-$190,000+ in the first year.
• Agency owners (who have been working for a few years), who are consistently promoted every 2 to 3 months, generate a passive income of $200,000-$500,000+ a year.

Results vary based on attitude, discipline, effort, and skill.
