As a Correctional LPN, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in a Correctional Center / Facility located in Limestone County, Texas.

Location : Jefferson County, Beaumont, TX
Schedule : PRN -AM & PM
What You'll Do :
As an LPN in our Correctional Facility, you will play a crucial role in providing healthcare services to inmates. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure the physical and mental well-being of our inmate population.
This position requires a compassionate and detail-oriented individual who can navigate the unique challenges of healthcare delivery within a correctional setting.
Requirements :

- Current and valid LPN license in State of Assignment
- Prior experience in a correctional or similar healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities
- Conduct health screenings, assessments, and triage for incoming inmates.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and document inmate medical histories and vital signs.
- Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with facility policies and regulations.
- Educate and counsel inmates on health-related issues and self-care.
Requirements
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Must be willing to relocate to Winnfield, LA if not a local resident
LPN License in State of Assignment
