Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to work with students in a school setting in Westfield, MA.
You will be responsible for providing direct therapy services, conducting evaluations, and developing individualized treatment plans for students with a variety of developmental, physical, and cognitive needs.
This role offers the chance to make a lasting impact on students' lives and help them succeed academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments to determine students' occupational therapy needs.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans that support students' goals.
- Provide one-on-one or group therapy sessions for students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to integrate therapy into the classroom setting.
- Monitor and document student progress and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
Requirements :
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid Massachusetts OT license.
- Experience in school-based settings or pediatrics is a plus.
- Strong munication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
