Rivier University’s Division of Business and Security Studies seeks a qualified, credentialed candidate for Cybersecurity Instructor Adjunct Faculty.

Reporting to the Director of Security Studies, the Adjunct Instructor is responsible for providing cyber related courses with on-campus, face-to-face daytime instruction, twice a week, at the undergraduate level.

Qualifications : The successful candidate will join the core Business and Security Studies faculty in the education of Cybersecurity Management students, with the following primary responsibilities :

• Assume teaching, advisement, and mentoring responsibilities for students in the traditional face-to-face, in-residence, daytime, twice a week, teaching and learning model;
• Undergraduate two daytime class meetings per week;
• Participate in ongoing program growth and development, particularly with respect to the integration of technology throughout all program experiences; and
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, both in the division and throughout the University.

Qualifications (minimum requirements are listed) :

• Master's degree is required, a terminal degree in Cybersecurity related or highly related field is preferred. These fields may include Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Computer Security and Information Assurance, Data Analytics, Human Computer Interaction, Information Sciences & Technologies, Information Security and Forensics, Networking and Cyber Security, Networking, or Systems Administration;
• Additional professional certifications and credentials may include : CompTIA, SANS GIAC, (ISC)² , or CEH;
• The successful candidate will have college-level teaching, academic program, and curriculum development experience; and
• The ability and willingness to support the mission of the University and to work collaboratively and collegially with departmental and institutional colleagues.
