MUST BE a licensed Realtor or currently taking real estate classes.
You’ll be supported every step of the way with proven training, outstanding support, marketing staff, and competitive commission compensation for your hard work.

Compensation :
$70,000 - $165,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
- Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary
- Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved
- Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
- Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
- Team and individual sales and lead generation
- Convert buyers
- Convert showings to sales
- Lead follow up
- Sales scripts and objection handler mastery
- Set appointments
Qualifications :
- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
- Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing / lead technologies
- Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
- A real estate license is required
- Great communication
