The Principal Supply Chain Planner will be responsible for coordinating supply planning for multiple and diverse products to achieve business and operational goals.
Responsibilities :
- Align supply of products with forecasted demand to ensure fulfillment of customer requirements, revenue attainment, inventory optimization, achievement of company objectives
- Assess capacity limitations and analyze potential constraints. Collaborate with Production Planning, Procurement, Suppliers to ensure available capacity and material in support of the supply plan
- Proactively identify gaps in demand, supply, capacity, materials to reduce risk to the business, meet required cycle times to reply to demand forecast and commit sales orders
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Groups, Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Suppliers to identify and respond to dynamic business environment
- Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize internal / external customer requirements, maximize performance
- Interact effectively with all cross-functional teams including Logistics, Finance, Legal, Global Trade, QA, NPI and Engineering teams as needed to understand and support all aspects of business requirements
- Achieve die bank and inventory levels in line with strategic objectives
- Monitor & achieve KPIs (Revenue, On Time Delivery, Inventory Management (DOI / WOI) in line with corporate goals
- Drive continuous improvement in supply planning, capacity utilization, material assurance, and lead time reduction
Qualifications :
Requirements / Qualifications :
- Min 5+ years in supply-demand planning, end-to-end supply ownership (wafer planning to delivery), inventory optimization, preferably in semiconductor
- Results oriented, driving both internal and external communication, processes, systems with partners to meet or exceed expectations
- Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical and written / oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Thrives in fast-paced working environment, operates effectively despite ambiguity
- High EQ with team-oriented working style
- Proficient in : MS Excel / Pivot tables / Look-ups, Power Point, Word
- Experience with planning systems & reporting tools : Kinaxis Rapid Response (preferred), Adexa CDP, Oracle, Agile, SAP, PBI / GBI or similar
- Minimum education : BA / BS / MS in business or equivalent
Additional Information :
The expected annual pay range for this position is $156,000 - $235,000. This position is also eligible for STI bonus opportunities.
Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
