    We are a well-established and successful, full-service Restoration Company in the process of creating a new Asbestos Abatement Division.

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asbestos Division Manager to join our team. As an Asbestos Division Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of asbestos-related projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a safe working environment.

    This is a leadership role within our organization, requiring strong management skills and expertise in asbestos abatement.

    Service area include Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside & San Bernardino Counites.

    Duties Asbestos Abatement Division Manager : - Manage and supervise asbestos-related projects, including inspections, abatement, and remediation

    • Develop and implement asbestos management plans in accordance with regulatory requirements
    • Conduct thorough asbestos assessments to identify potential hazards
    • Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure proper handling and disposal of asbestos materials
    • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets
    • Provide guidance and training to staff on asbestos-related procedures and safety protocols
    • Maintain accurate records of asbestos-related activities, including documentation of inspections, abatement procedures, and disposal records
    • Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices related to asbestos management

    Qualifications :

    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in asbestos abatement or related field
    • You will be our companies Qualifier, listed on the CSLB C22 Asbestos Abatement License as the Responsible Managing Employee (RME)
    • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to asbestos abatement
    • Certification as an Asbestos Supervisor (mandatory)
    • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
    • Experience in residential & Commercial Disaster restoration, reconstruction, and insurance industry.
    • Knowledge of custodial and housekeeping management practices
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Bilingual (preferred)

    Pay : $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 based on qualifications and experience. Compensation : $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
