Overview : Soliant is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based contract position in San Francisco, CA, for the 24 / 25 school year.
This role involves providing comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students, aiding their academic and social development.

Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student communication goals
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
Requirements :
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current California SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
- Experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
State-Specific Requirements :
- Valid California SLP license
- Fingerprinting and background check as required by California regulations
