Your Mission :

As the Scrum Master for the Program Performance Management Team, you will be responsible for a software engineering project consisting of multiple concurrent development streams.

In this role, you will coordinate planning, organization, control, integration, and completion among development streams.

You will also be responsible to assist in tracking, following up, and closing out any questions or blockers faced by the team.

This position is fully remote.

About You

The ideal candidate has 3-8 years of professional experience with experience as a Scrum Master in a software environment, highly collaborative, well-organized, and able to track and follow through on action items / decisions.

How about Fridays off? This role is scoped on a 4x10 schedule, and is also a Full-Time Telecommute (Remote) role, although preference is for candidates in close proximity to a major Lockheed Martin facility.
