- We are seeking RF and digital knowledgeable individualswho will monitor and support product technical performance and willmaintain product delivery schedules.
- The RF Test Engineer willsupport the development integration and testing of productionhardware. Activities will range from handson testing andtroubleshooting;
to analysis of failure trends root cause / corrective actions; and attending program meetings to report yieldsproblems and corrective actions.
Responsibilities :
- Design develop and implement testing methodsand equipment
- Troubleshoot and support RF anddigital hardware
- Support technicians throughtroubleshoot and training
- Support First TimeThrough Test Yield (FTTTY) and hardware deliveries
- Analyze test data and identify early trends
- Compile data and define changes required in testingequipment testing procedures manufacturing processes or new testingrequirements
- Collaborate with designengineering to develop and implement hardware improvements andsolutions
- Monitor product yields and work tomaintain program yield targets
- Support programmeetings in developing root cause and corrective actions
- Attend program meetings to report yield issues yielddetractor investigation finding and corrective actions
- Interface with manufacturing management test techniciansproduction engineers design engineers system engineers programmanagement and program support teams
BasicQualifications :
- Bachelorof Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEMfield
- Ability to read and interpretspecifications schematics and block diagrams
- Experience with RF test equipment such as scopes powermeter spectrum analyzer signal generator
PreferredQualifications :
- Advanceddegree in Engineering or related STEM discipline
- Ability to work with minimal direction andguidance
- Handson troubleshooting of electricalhardware
- An understanding of manufacturingprocesses
- Experience with FPGA
- Experience with LabWindows CVI C / Cprogramming.
