We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admissions Director to lead and manage our admissions department. As the Admissions Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and enrollment process, developing and implementing admission strategies, and ensuring a positive and efficient experience for prospective students.

Admissions Director Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead and manage the admissions department, including the development and implementation of admission strategies
- Oversee the recruitment and enrollment process, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for prospective students
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, families, and school counselors
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as financial aid and student affairs, to ensure a seamless admissions process
- Analyze enrollment data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on admission metrics and progress
Admissions Director Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, marketing, or business
- 7+ years of experience in admissions, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
