Duties & Responsibilities :
- Have a positive attitude, and good customer service skills.
- Ability to provide outstanding hospitality and serve to all guests
- Handling credit and cash transactions.
- Food preparation.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Washing dishes and taking out trash.
Additional Shift leader Responsibilites :
- Supervising employees and assisting with tasks where needed
- Adhering to company policies and leading by example
- Counting registers and handling money
- Handling customer issues and managing conflicts
- Balancing cash drawers and preparing cash deposits
- Seeing the needs of the shift and prioritizing tasks properly as needed.
Prior shift lead experience is required
