Job Details

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for multiple facilities, with a primary focus on Santa Ana and support for Long Beach operations.

Lead a team of direct reports including Operations Managers, Shop Floor Supervisors, Planning & Scheduling, and Procurement Leads.

Drive operational excellence through process improvement, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals for quality, delivery, and cost.

Collaborate closely with executive leadership to support long-term growth initiatives, capacity planning, and capital investments.

Ensure compliance with all industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory mandates (AS9100, ITAR, etc.).

Monitor KPIs to measure performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Build a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance across all operations.
