Requisition Regional Director, Sales

Overview

The Regional Director, Sales is responsible for the development and execution of the Benedictine Master Sales Plan and Community Specific Sales Process. This position will directly influence the maximization of occupancy to meet or exceed regional census goals. This position is accountable for driving a culture of sales across all housing and SNF communities.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include :

• Sales activities to meet or exceed occupancy throughout assigned Benedictine communities.
• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge of the senior living industry, associated markets, sales techniques and sales technology. Responsible for training dissemination and compliance of established systems and sales processes.
• Managing the selection, training, development and performance of assigned staff to retain a motivated, professional workforce for Benedictine.
• Promoting the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company.

Salary Range

$110,000-$125,000
