Base salary of $38,000-42,000 per year (depending on experience), ongoing training and development programs, and Monday thru Friday Work Schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Follow-up on referrals and warm leads to gather information.
  • Develop effective customer relationships to boost client loyalty and enhance product retention.
  • Answer customer questions about their insurance policy and provide the necessary documentation, such as Certificates of Insurance and identification cards.
  • Utilize various computer systems to take premium payments, update and make changes to policies, and manage policies.

Requirement

  • Required Florida 4-40 Customer Service License
  • 1-year insurance customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Agency Management Systems (AMS), typing, data entry, and using a multiline phone system
  • Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in person to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
  • Able to work independently, be accountable for own tasks, and collaborate with others.
  • Displays the highest level of technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy and precision
