Base salary of $38,000-42,000 per year (depending on experience), ongoing training and development programs, and Monday thru Friday Work Schedule.

Responsibilities
- Follow-up on referrals and warm leads to gather information.
- Develop effective customer relationships to boost client loyalty and enhance product retention.
- Answer customer questions about their insurance policy and provide the necessary documentation, such as Certificates of Insurance and identification cards.
- Utilize various computer systems to take premium payments, update and make changes to policies, and manage policies.
Requirement
- Required Florida 4-40 Customer Service License
- 1-year insurance customer service experience
- Knowledge of Agency Management Systems (AMS), typing, data entry, and using a multiline phone system
- Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in person to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
- Able to work independently, be accountable for own tasks, and collaborate with others.
- Displays the highest level of technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy and precision
