Responsibilities : Answer, transfer and direct telephone calls Greet customers and provide general customer service Maintain calendar, filing systems, record keeping and correspondences Provide general administrative and clerical support Qualifications : Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills Organized and have the ability to maintain a professional demeanor Ability to multi-task and keep track of multiple priorities Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Some office experience is a plus Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred Benefits $20.
