Responsibilities :
- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging math lessons aligned with middle school curriculum standards.
- Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
- Assess and evaluate student progress using various methods and provide timely feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross-disciplinary concepts into math lessons.
- Utilize technology and real-world examples to make math concepts relatable and accessible.
- Foster a growth mindset and cultivate a love for learning in students.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Valid teaching certification formath.
- Previous experience teaching middle school math.
- Strong knowledge ofmath curriculum and pedagogy.
- Effective munication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for creating a positive and challenging classroom environment.
