About the Role :

The Wingstop Restaurant Supervisors plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant in our NEW location. This position is responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff performance, and maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality. The supervisor will lead by example, fostering a positive work environment that motivates team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. They will also handle operational challenges, including inventory management, scheduling, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Ultimately, the role aims to drive sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and uphold the Wingstop brand reputation within the local community.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Associate degree or higher in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience with Wingstop operations or similar quick-service restaurant chains.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Leadership training or certification.
  • Bilingual abilities, especially in English and Spanish.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high morale.
  • Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure compliance with company standards and health regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels, place orders, and minimize waste to optimize cost control.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Prepare staff schedules to meet business demands while controlling labor costs.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety, sanitation, and operational policies and procedures.
  • Assist in financial reporting and contribute to achieving sales targets and profitability.
