Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and schedule service calls and deliveries to maximize efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and team members to relay information and updates.
- Monitor vehicle locations and status using GPS and dispatch software.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and service requests.
- Resolve issues and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with management to improve dispatch processes and operations.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in dispatch or logistics is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or dispatching is a plus.
