Hospital : TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center Location : Nashville, TN Address : 391 Wallace Road, Nashville, TN 37211 Unit Name : Critical Care Unit (CCU) Building : Main Hospital Cost Center : 650 General Information Unit Specifics : · Number of Beds : 16 · Patient Ratios : 1 : 2 · Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1 nurse per 2 patients, free charge OR tech on unit · Type of equipment : Phillips central monitoring · Documentation system : Meditech · Scheduling requirements : Every other weekend · Floating policy : Float to M / S and PCU for an assignment.

May float to ER to task or take hold patients · Patient Experience requirements : Hospital Specifics- · Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIH STROKE SCALE Hiring profile Requested Skill Set : Critical Care experience Must have : ACLS, BLS, NIH Advanced skills needed : experience with vents, arterial lines, titration drips, post craniotomy care, post cath lab patients Procedures performed on unit : central line placement, art line placement, chest tubes, intubation Certifications Required : ACLS, BLS, NIH Dress Code : (Required uniform) · ROYAL BLUE OR BLACK SCRUBS Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
