Workday Analyst | Workday Specialist - Falls Church, VA - $120k

The Workday Analyst will be responsible in supporting Workday platform by configuring, customizing, and governing Workday functionality to support the organizations strategic objectives.

You will be the go-to support person for Workday internally,responding to tickets, incidents, and requests from end-users in addition to partnering on longer-term and more complex projects!

This is a perfect opportunity for a Workday Specialist candidate to join a family owned organization and be a go-to in-house Workday subject matter expert.

It's an opportunity to grow long-term, and utilize your full Workday skill-set by being the go-to support person, but also the person responsible for the future utilization, maintenance and growth of the Workday system.

Profile

The successful Workday specialist will have :

• 5+ years Workday experience
• Experience with the following modules : Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Benefits
• Strong hands-on experience in Workday technologies - Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Advanced Report Writer, Business Process Framework, Cloud Connect (CCB, CCW, PICOF, PECI), Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom fields, XML / XSLT, Studio, BIRT Reporting & data analytics.
• Experience in Workday production support, including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving system problems, troubleshooting data issues / corrections.
• Great communication skills

This is a hybrid opportunity in Falls Church, VA (4 days on-site required). This is a full-time direct hire position and an excellent base, bonus & benefits package is available.
