ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified and dedicated School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in Houston, TX.
This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals based on students' needs and IEP requirements.
Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication development and academic success.
Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Participate in IEP meetings and other multidisciplinary team meetings as required.
Requirements :
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Active Texas SLP license.
Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
