Il ruolo prevede il coinvolgimento nella gestione di ticket e incident e una stretta collaborazione con i referenti dei clienti per le attività di allineamento periodico e condivisione di report.
È previsto un percorso di formazione di sicuro interesse in un ambiente tecnologico dinamico, agile e stimolante su tecnologie e architetture per il mercato enterprise (CATO Networks, Extreme Networks, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Armis, Darktrace, Sentinel One, ).
La sede principale di lavoro è Vicenza presso la sede di IPway.
I prerequisiti generici utili sono conoscenze in ambito :
- principali protocolli di rete (SMB, FTP, SSH, DHCP, ecc.)
- principi di analisi del traffico di rete tramite Wireshark
In ambito rete sono utili conoscenze di :
- funzionamento di switch,
- configurarzioni porte in trunk / access / stack
- configurazione di AP e gestione di Controller WiFi
- routing e gestione rotte
- progettazione di una rete o una porzione di rete cablata e wi-fi, con dimensionamento e scelta dei modelli di switch / AP, scelta della topologia della rete, stima sulle tempistiche di realizzazione del progetto
In ambito sicurezza sono utili conoscenze di :
- principali attacchi informatici OWASP top 10 (XSS, SQL Injection, altro)
- principi dell’Active Directory
- crittografia simmetrica e asimmetrica
- principi di Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability, Authentication e Non-Repudiation
- CVE e score CVSS
- Gestione di EDR, Firewall, Email Security Gateway, IDP / IPS
Completano il profilo :
- Conoscenza base della lingua Inglese, scritta e parlata;
- Disponibilità ad effettuare turni di reperibilità
- Dimestichezza con la redazione di documenti e rapportidi lavoro;
- Curiosità e interesse verso le tecnologie di rete e sicurezza;
- Propensione alle relazioni interpersonali e alla collaborazione.
