Quick Facts

Trauma Level : IV

Volume : 1.5 patients / hour

Shifts : 12-hour shifts | 24 hrs / day of physician coverage

Support : 12 hrs / day of APP assistance during peak times

EMR : Meditech

Procedures : Intubations, Chest Tubes, Central Lines, OB / GYN, Procedural Sedation, Resuscitation & more

Compensation Options

Local Full-Time 1099 Contractor

$275 / hr + $10 / hr Quality Bonus (quarterly)

$50,000 Sign-On Bonus (forgivable over 3 years)

Professional Liability Insurance

Travel & PRN 1099 Contractor

$285 / hr

Travel, lodging, car rental provided

1-Year Contract | Block Scheduling

PRN roles may convert to permanent

Full-Time Employed (With Benefits)

$250 / hr + $10 / hr Quality Bonus (quarterly)

$50,000 Sign-On Bonus (forgivable over 3 years)

Full Medical Coverage (Physician + Family)

$5,000 CME + License Fees Paid

What Youll Need

ABEM-certified or BC / BE in EM or FM with ED experience

3+ years of trauma / ED experience with 250+ recent cases (FM / IM)

Active ND license or ability to obtain

Current PALS, ATLS, ACLS certifications

Strong leadership and team-oriented mindset
