MainAreas OfResponsibility

1.Regulatory Compliance andPermitting

• Preparing and submittingwater permit applications in compliance with local state andfederal water regulations.
• Understanding andapplying water quality regulations and pretreatmentstandards.
• Assisting clients with permittingstrategies to ensure continuouscompliance.

2. IndustrialWastewater and StormwaterManagement

• Expertise in industrialwastewater treatment design andpermitting.
• Handling NPDES permitting forindustrial point sources and stormwateractivities.
• Developing and implementing StormWater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) and Spill PreventionControl and Countermeasure (SPCC)Plans.

3. Client Support andTraining

• Providing routine andnonroutine water quality sampling and inspectionsupport.
• Assisting with training clients oncompliance and environmental bestpractices.

4. Communication andCoordination

• Communicatingeffectively with clients and regulatoryagencies.
• Supporting the preparation ofproposals and regulatory reports.
• Workingcollaboratively within a team and coordinating effectively withvarious stakeholders.

5. TechnicalExpertise and Tools

• Proficiency inusing Excel and Microsoft Office 365 for data analysis and reportpreparation.
• Knowledge of environmentalregulatory programs including air quality waste management andenvironmental due diligence.

6.Attention to Detail and DeadlineManagement

• Ensuring the accuracy andcompleteness of all prepareddocumentation.
• Managing multiple tasks andmeeting firm deadlines even when they aresimultaneous.

7. Qualifications andExperience

• A degree in EnvironmentalChemical or Civil Engineering with a Professional Engineer (PE)licensure.
• A minimum of 5 years of experiencein environmental consulting focusing on water permitting andpretreatment design.

8. Flexibilityand Independence

• Ability to travelas needed and work independently in a remotesetting.
• Adaptability to changing projectdemands and workingconditions.

These aspects highlightthe comprehensive nature of the role combining regulatory expertiseclient management and technical proficiency to ensure effectivewater permitting and environmentalcompliance.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Master s or other advanced degree in Environmental / Chemical / CivilEngineering.
• PElicensure.
• Minimum 5 years of experience inenvironmental consulting focused on water permitting andpretreatment design.
• Advanced working knowledgeof Excel and an understanding of the Windows operating system andMicrosoft Office 365.
• Excellent written andverbal communication skills and ability to coordinate and workeffectively in a team setting.
• Limited traveland ability to work independently in a remote work situation whenneeded.
• Excellent attention to detail andcompleteness.
• Must be able to perform multipletasks with firm deadlines sometimes deadlines could besimultaneous.
• Experience with otherenvironmental regulatory programs including air generalenvironmental compliance solid and hazardous waste management andenvironmental due diligence is aplus.
• Commissioning and startup experiencepreferred.
