- Over 10 years of experience practicing trusts and estates law.
- Proficient in first-chair drafting of both basic and sophisticated estate planning documents, integrating estate and income tax planning, including irrevocable trusts.
- Extensive experience in catering to and addressing the planning needs of high-net-worth clients.
- Demonstrated client relationship skills, including the ability to lead in-person client meetings.
Requirements :
Licensed to practice law in the State of California.
Education :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Active and valid California State Bar membership.
Skills :
- Expertise in trusts and estates law.
- Strong drafting skills for a variety of estate planning documents.
- In-depth knowledge of estate and income tax planning.
- Exceptional client relationship and communication skills.
- Ability to lead in-person client meetings effectively.
