Summary :
In this role, you'll be the backbone of our Design Operations initiatives, working closely with the Director of XD Operations to execute on programs that empower designers and elevate the impact of design within the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Program Execution :
- Coordinate and manage the implementation of DesignOps programs across various areas, including learning & development, internal events & workshops, and design team reporting.
- Develop and maintain program documentation and resources.
- Track program progress and measure success against established goals.
- Learning & Development :
- Research and identify training opportunities for designers, including online courses, workshops, and conferences.
- Manage the registration and logistics for design-related training programs.
- Events & Community :
- Organize and manage internal design events and workshops, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for participants.
- Foster a collaborative design community within the organization by promoting networking opportunities and knowledge sharing initiatives.
- Reporting & Analytics :
- Assist in developing and maintaining reporting templates and dashboards to track key design metrics.
- Generate reports on design team activity, project progress, and the impact of design on business goals.
Qualifications :
- years of experience in design, project management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and comfortable with data analysis.
- A passion for design and a desire to support a high-performing design team.
- Knowledgeable about Design Operations practices.

Compensation :
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
