Business Intelligence Developer (Tableau) - III
Location : Evansville, IN
Pay : $55 - $70 / HR (W-2)
Contract to Hire
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and quality checks.
- Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability.
- Provide training and support to end-users to enable self-service analytics and promote data-driven culture.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and business intelligence.
- Work closely with the IT and data teams to integrate Tableau with various data sources and systems.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of data governance and documentation standards.
Requirements :
- Bachelors and 5 years relevant experience
- MS degree with 1-2 years relevant experience or equivalent
- Experience with SQL, data visualization, and data modeling
- Experience with BI Development (Tableau)
- Experience working with healthcare data can thoroughly validate data, understands medical terms and codes, collaborative mindset
