Life as a Shift Leader :

Lead team through daily responsibilities
Prepare our house-made dishes on the line
Ring up and checkout orders
Coach team members

Is it a fit? We’re looking for a team member that is :

1-3 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industry
Experience training others
Available to work between 20-40 hours per week
Enthusiastic, positive, and patient
Growth minded, driven, and detail-oriented
Learns quickly in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable to new processes and systems
