Sales Manager (SMB / Customer Success)

What does a successful Sales Manager do at Fiserv?

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our cross-sales team in an inside sales environment. You will use your strong background in sales management, a passion for technology solutions, and proven track record of upselling and cross-selling Hardware Technology, Value-Added Services (VAS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) to SMB clients.

You will drive revenue growth, develop sales strategies, and mentor a team of sales professionals.

What you will do :

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a cross sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for Hardware, VAS and SaaS solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the SMB market.
  • Train, coach, and mentor sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and overall performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to the team.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with company goals and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management.

What you will need to have :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5+ years experience in sales management, preferably within the VAS and SaaS solutions space.
  • Experience in upselling and cross-selling to SMB clients.
  • Experience leading and driving a high-performing sales team and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • 3+ years experience in CRM software and sales analytics tools

Salary Range :

$59,500.00-$93,100.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
