DutiesandResponsibilities

• Completeall training requirements including :
• Zaxby'sShift Leader Development Plan
• Food SafetyCertification
• Any additional training requiredby Zax LLC
• Creates a culture ofhigh-performance and trains and coaches team members to meet allcompany standards
• Mentor, coach and developteam members and communicate performance concerns to your GeneralManager
• Prioritizes the guest and team memberexperience and resolves complaints and concerns in friendly andrespectful manner
• Create and maintain apositive culture and healthy team morale through recognition andleading by example
• Communicates shift goals andmotivates team members to meet goals and perform to their highestability level.
• Delegates tasks to team membersand supervises performance during ashift
• Maintain operational standards and ensurecompliance with all Zaxby's Franchising LLC and Zax LLC guidelines,policies, and procedures
• Ensure service,product quality, and cleanliness standards are consistentlyupheld
• Enhance guest experiences by ensuringthat team members satisfy and exceed guestexpectations
• Receives and reconciles truckdeliveries, ensures product is properly stocked, and completesdaily inventory counts.
• Manages food productionand quality by monitoring prepping, cooking, and holding processesand taking corrective action whennecessary
• Tracks food safety and qualitythroughout the shift and ensures guests receive accurate ordersthat meet company standards and guests'satisfaction
• Plans shift duties and ensuresopening and closing duties arecomplete
• Collaborates with management team todevelop goals and reports back to management on goalprogress
• Ensure processes, policies, andprocedures are properly followed throughout dailyoperations
• Follows company cash managementpolicies
• Maintain compliance with federal,state, and local laws and guidelines
• Utilizemanagement tools and keep neat, accurate, and currentrecords
• Maintain an attitude of flexibilitythat allows performance above and beyond the parameters of thisposition description
• Ensure the team workssafely and follows all safety guidelines andprocedures
• Immediately report all humanresources and risk management concerns to your General Manager andDistrict Manager
• Escalate other concerns toyour supervisor when appropriate
• All otherduties necessary to ensure restaurant operations functionproperly

JobQualifications

The followingrequirements must be met in order to qualify for this position.

• Must be 18 years of age orolder
• Must have reliabletransportation
• Available to work a minimum of 5days and 32 to 40 hours per week
• Ability towork a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, andholidays
• Successful completion of backgroundcheck
• Demonstrates leadership qualities,organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively withothers
• Leadership experiencepreferred
