Job Title : Mechanical Assembler
Job Description
We are looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling lawn care equipment, including aerators and blowers designed for golf course use.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform mechanical assemblies using hand and power tools, including drills and torque wrenches.
Follow blueprints to complete both sub-assemblies and full assemblies.
Work independently or in pairs as needed.
Meet production goals, which can vary from 15 units daily to 1 unit every 2-3 days.
Required Skills :
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Experience in mechanical assembly.
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
Job Type
Contract-to-Hire position for 4 months.
Work Environment
Work in a medium-sized, climate-controlled shop with a laid-back atmosphere.
Adapt to varying workloads, from low-key tasks to urgent deadlines.
Schedule : 1st shift from 6 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with optional partial days on Fridays.
