We are looking for a senior full stack developer to help us build new products and scale our infrastructure from the ground up.
As a fast-growing health tech startup, we’re looking for a candidate who is willing to roll up their sleeves and work on projects ranging from dev ops to bug fixes to new product build.
A good candidate is a fast learner, an analytical problem solver, organized and an excellent communicator.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Experience working in our tech stack : Serverless Framework, SQL Server RDS, Postgres, AWS Lambda, S3, .NET 6, C#, React, Typescript and Java script.
- Experience with any UI automation framework (Puppeteer, Cypress or Selenium)
- Experience with X12 EDI Standards (270 / 271, 278)
- Experience working in HIPAA and SOC2 Type II compliant company
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend EHR systems
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with teammates
- Interest and curiosity in tackling interoperability in U.S healthcare
- Must be available to work in EST time zone
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced Agile environment, actively participating in all Agile ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, monitor application performance, and implement solutions to improve system reliability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and fostering a culture of quality and knowledge sharing.
- Develop and implement unit and automation tests, integrating them into the CI / CD pipeline to ensure robust software delivery.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, assisting in skill development and onboarding to promote team growth and collaboration.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks, refactor legacy code, and promote best practices for code maintainability and scalability.
