Are you a Litigation Associate seeking a challenging and dynamic opportunity? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are a prestigious legal firm looking for a talented and dedicated Litigation Associate to join our team on a permanent basis.
Our firm is committed to delivering high-quality legal services and we are seeking an individual who can match our dedication to excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
Responsibilities :
As a Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for managing your caseload, which includes a wide range of litigation matters.
Your responsibilities will include :
1. Handling all aspects of litigation, including hearing and trial preparation, conducting depositions, drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
2. Representing clients in plaintiff construction litigation.
3. Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
4. Conducting legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
5. Participating in settlement negotiations and mediations.
6. Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on various litigation matters.
7. Collaborating with a team of legal professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Qualifications :
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications :
1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Licensed to practice law in the state.
3. Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience with a focus on plaintiff litigation.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
8. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
9. Proficient in legal research tools and software.
