About The Position
Job Title : Travel Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Cardiac Trauma - Telemetry Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 19 : 00-07 : 00 Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum 2 years License : RN License Certifications : ACLS / BLS Must-Have : - Basic EKG competency - Experience with telemetry patients Job Description : - Work in a 32-bed unit focused on cardiac trauma telemetry.
- Night shift includes 1 Charge Nurse, 6 RNs, and 3 Patient Care Technicians.- Patient ratios are RN 5 : 1.- Utilize equipment such as GE wireless telemetry boxes and Welch Allen vital sign machines.
- Employ EMR system : MediTech.- Carry out typical procedures such as IV starts, Foley catheter insertions, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with a team that values teamwork and assists new staff.- Join a unit with experienced staff members and a positive, welcoming environment.
