Manufacturing - General Laborer Lv3

Job Description : Job Title : Railroad Conductor

Must have active FRA certification. These individuals will work 12 hour rotating shifts. 7A-7P, five to seven days per week. Overtime will be available.

Required Qualifications

Active Federal Railroad Association (FRA) Certification

Possession of or the ability to obtain a driver s license

Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice

Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation

Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including a respirator

Perform railroad related activities including on FRA regulated equipment and tracks.

Follow all Cargill safety rules and regulations

Assist other plant personnel as needed and will perform any other duty as requested by the production supervisor.

Must complete background check and drug test.

Must have steel toed boots

Cargill will provide the rest of the PPE
