Responsibilities

  • Daily prospecting via multiple channels for new business
  • Nurture buyer and seller leads in the pipeline
  • Study and analyze real estate market trends
  • Attend weekly open houses and broker tours
  • Attend weekly meetings and training
  • Build and maintain your CRM
  • Provide world-class digital marketing to listings
  • Provide excellent guidance for clients buying and selling residential real estate
  • Conduct showings, appointments, and consultations
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
  • Always be consulting by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal

Qualifications

  • Hold an active, valid California Real Estate License
  • Have at least 1+ year or 3 transactions in real estate sales history
  • Are a Go-getter, highly motivated, and self-starter with a commitment to excellence
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred

Compensation

$100,000 - $250,000
