- riadenie a podpora operátorov,
- organizácia práce na zmene,
- sledovanie práce operátorov na dosiahnutie cieľov,
- zodpovednosť za dodržiavanie platných postupov a procesov,
- monitorovanie prevádzkových a výkonnostných ukazovateľov a vykonávanie nápravných činností (MON,Qlik Sense,WISE, plnenie plánu),
- zodpovedá za dosiahnutie výrobných a výkonnostných cieľov,
- vytvára zmenové reporty,
- navrhuje a iniciuje nápravné a preventívne opatrenia na dosiahnutie cieľov,
- spolupracuje pri školení zamestnancov,
- zodpovedá, aby pracovníci na zmene vykonávali len činnosti, na ktoré sú zaškolení a spôsobilí,
- kontroluje prácu podriadených pracovníkov a pracovné podmienky,
- zodpovedá za separáciu odpadov na zmene,
- vykonáva kontrolu, dodržiavanie bezpečnostných a hygienických predpisov, zaisťuje potrebné OOPP a dbá o ich správne používanie,
- vykonáva hodnotenie pracovníkov,
- komunikuje pracovníkom zmeny ciele, odovzdáva potrebné informácie,
- plní včas povinnosti vyplývajúce z funkcie a úlohy uložené ved. zamestnancom a s odbornou starostlivosťou na vysokej úrovni,
- zodpovedá za zabezpečenie ochrany osobných údajov podriadených zamestnancov,
- zodpovedá za dodržiavanie platných právnych a iných predpisov a požiadaviek na úseku svojej činnosti, je povinný ich poznať;
