POSITION SUMMARY

The Field Service Technician is a hands-on problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments and values safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. EnerStar is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our results-driven team. In this role, youll be at the forefront of supporting our clients with rig moves, new setups, rig releases, and infield repairsmaking a direct impact every day.

Youll work closely with our Lead Service Tech and Field Service Supervisor, ensuring high-quality service and clear communication with clients. Core Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Prioritize safety in all tasks and comply with company and client safety protocols
  • Champion EnerStar Core Values in all professional activities
  • Communicate with Lead Service Tech / Field Service Supervisor on a regular basis
  • Communicate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all tickets are signed prior to leaving location
  • Maintain safe, efficient and quality service while on client locations
  • Promote quality assurance to clients
  • Participate in other relevant tasks as assigned

    • Travel : The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by EnerStar.

  • Willingness and ability to properly wear and utilize all Personal Protective Equipment as required

  • Able to work nights and weekends if needed
  • Able and willing to travel out of town as needed
  • Able to run electronic software, including but not limited to smart phones, computers, metering devices, etc
  • General handyman skills desired but not required

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs on a regular basis
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Self-Motivator, ability to motivate others
  • Clean driving record
  • Strong commitment to safety
  • Ability to effectively multi-task
